Delivery is available within Germany only. We currently do not offer international delivery outside Germany.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns within Germany.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 calendar days after the applicable return conditions have been satisfied. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
